VCarve Pro provides a powerful but intuitive software solution for cutting parts on a CNC Router, including large parts in excess of 24' x 24'. BEST ANSWER: Are you cutting a really long piece? We had it shut down once. We hadn't done any maintenance yet, and knew we should be checking the coolant periodically.
There are different conversations in the proboards forum to help you know what type of coolant and how to flush it out and refill it. We did not have the time to do a full flush so we just added more coolant, and haven't had any more problems. We read that it will automatically shut off to prevent from overheating. Not sure if that's what you have going on, but it worked for us.

I have found that simple line drawings with little to no shading work best, but colorful complex images are not so good. If you are looking to do complex images, I would reccomed a photo carving program such as PhotoVCarve. Hope this helps. on Aug 21, 2016.
