Originally I used my laptop wirelessly to connect to internet and share that connection with the LAN which i have plugged into the desktop (which is the one that wont connect to internet) that enabled me to have the desktop online and utilize the largeamount of disk space on the desktop. With that setup I was not able to network the other computers to be a part of that network.
Only the laptop with the hard wired connection from the shared internet was able to access the files on the desktop. Thereforei changed the physical locations of desktop and routers so i can connect the desktop straight to router. I've done the ipcnfig /release and /renew also i have resetted the winsock, ipv4 and ipv6, rebooted, refreshed tried the 'old shared connection' from laptop and that worrks. I just dont get it. Also while i was in netsh i came across a possible errorwhich stated dot3svc no running I tried to find where that problem arises from but couldnt understand it so hopefully someone will have some insight on it. I would leave it as is if i could get the desktop networked with all other computers. Here dumpof ipconfig and dot3svc from registry(which has an error) some areas are intentionally blacked out-but do note that they are correct, ie.

Is that right?I see that your ipconfig is missing the host name. That's peculiar.
