Sometimes, it plays without interruption for like 30 minutes. Sometimes it can barely finish a song. It's., this is a service I pay for. I know I'm not the only one here that experiences this. We demand this to be fixed cause it's gone on way too long. (Update) Still no updates in months.

My subscription with Napster goes all the way back to when they were called Rhapsody. It's unacceptable, that they have yet to fix this app. If you want a good music app cancel Napster and just get Spotify. Their app has never crashed on me. Shame on you Napster.

By it, I mean, I started with 'Press Play' when Sony Music started it. I've been grandfathered through all the mergers, buyouts, etc.Napster was the first music service to allow downloads to MP3 players, and it has always provided great sound.If they could provide more information per track such as recording date, singers (specially for duets), composer, and lyrics, they'll be back on top. There's not much consistency between platforms, either.For example, the Android version of Napster offers a constantly evolving playlist of tracks from new releases that is based on my personal preferences and tastes. This isn't offered on the PC app!Other features that are available across platforms are in different places in the different apps— Queue on pc is mixer on web. There is no rhyme or reason to this: simply sloppiness in design.The PC app also limits my ability to quickly find new releases that I may want to explore, reducing the choices to barely a handful. Such new releases are much easier to find on the browser/web version.I could go on and on— and I haven't even touched on the ridiculous bugginess of this app, regardless of which pc I use.Kudos, though, for paying artists far more per stream than the competition. But as a Rhapsody/Napster subscriber for many, many years I'm likely to jump ship soon.
